I am just 6 short days away from my trip to Vegas, and I am getting more anxious everyday. I have been busy the last two days trying to lose a few pounds before I go. And I am pleased to say that so far I am on track to a slightly slimmer me. I am officially down 2 pounds and steadily losing.
Today I hope to stay on track with a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables and by eating lean cuts of meat. I have some chicken breast that is marinating in a chile lime sauce before I put it on the grill. And the plan is to have that with some salads today. And of course I am drinking lots and lots of water. So, what are you doing today to make yourself healthier?
